Everything went well! The water inlet was easy to replace once the top and rear was opened. I've always wanted to replace the door seal as it was looking gross with 9 years of use. I was a little intimidated but after watching a few videos on YT it wasn't very difficult. Putting the spring back around the seal and re-installing the front was the most challenging part about it. This is my third repair of this type. The first was a stand-alone washer and was very easy, because there was a plate on which the inlet valve assembly was mounted, and it was easily removed. This repair was on a Frigidaire stacked washer/dryer (laundry center). Stacked washer/dryers are typically purchased to save space and are often tucked into a closet.
