First, I will never, ever make the mistake of unscrewing anything on an appliance while it is still connected to power - what started as a cosmetic fix on the freezer door ended up costing me $340 to fix after I shorted out one of the boards for the dispenser. Normally I would do a better job of investigating my problem with what others have experienced and then proceed with the cheapest fix first. This time though I just knew it was the timer. I ordered the correct part, installed it, plugged in the cord, turned on the washer and still no drain and no spin. What a defeated feeling. So I went back to the web site. I was told by the person who took my order that I could find an instruction video on you tube . So I went there and follow those instructions. The repair went well although I did have a slight problem with the door latch and the soap dispenser lever. They both fell out as I was trying to install the timer, but I went back to the video and although it didn't show how to replace these two parts I was able to see how they were placed and was able to figure it out from there. The timer from APP was the same as the broken OEM part. Viewing a few youtube DIY videos made replacing the part easier than I thought. Read more

Looked it up on you tube found two possible problems, eliminated oven sensor, left only mother board, replaced, very simple procedure, all working well now. Read more

I spoke with one of your sales people... ordered the control board and also the button board... ( for $50.00 , I'll replace it too while I'm in there ) .. After checking, I narrowed the scope to the evaporator fan and the main control board. I replaced the fan and still had the same issue, then I moved to the main board and that resolved my issue. It was a very easy job. Read more
