This thermostat controls oven/dryer temperature by opening or closing its contacts as the appliance reaches set temperatures, helping maintain safe and consistent operation. Replaces a worn or failed thermostat to restore proper temperature regulation. What it does:
This thermostat controls refrigerator temperature by opening and closing the cooling circuit as needed to maintain set temperatures. Replaces a failed or intermittent temperature control to help restore consistent cooling and food safety. What it does:
Microwave won't power up or shuts off after seconds? Failed thermostats cause intermittent operation. Test for continuity—straightforward repair.
Removed OTR microwave. Checked the thermostat switches while power was applied with a DVM. Noticed that when a certain set of wires was moved the slightest bit the microwave would power up. Traced the wires to the thermostat switch for the cavity. Noticed that where one (of two) Faston terminals was crimped to the thermostat switch was black. (should be copper colored). That is a sure sign of arcing from a loose connection. Since the specification for the switch was to trip at 248F degrees... Read more
Fix inaccurate oven temperatures or temperature error codes with this oven temperature sensor. Monitors cavity heat for precise baking and broiling control.
If your oven won't heat but the igniter glows, the thermal limit switch may have tripped. This safety cutoff prevents overheating. DIY-friendly repair.
5 A, 125 V electrical fuse that restores circuit protection when the original fuse is blown. Replacing the failed fuse helps prevent further electrical damage and can restore normal appliance operation. What it does:
I reviewed some videos and bought he parts - it was easy. This is one of many times I've used AP.com. the videos are great and the shipping is FAST! Read more
Dryer won't heat or shuts off too soon? This high-limit thermostat prevents overheating by cutting power when temps get too high. Easy DIY fix.
This 15 amp, 250 volt replacement fuse protects your appliance's electrical circuits by interrupting power when a fault or overload occurs. It restores safe operation once the underlying issue is fixed and the fuse is replaced. What it does:
This thermostat retainer secures the refrigerator thermostat or temperature sensor in place to ensure accurate temperature sensing and stable operation. It replaces a worn or broken mounting clip to restore proper sensor positioning. What it does:
Microwave not heating but all other functions work? This magnetron thermostat protects against overheating. Easy DIY repair in under an hour.
Removed unit from wall and took outer shell off, de-energized capacitor and then took a multi-meter and tested all the High voltage parts and magnetron. They tested out fine other than the diode and then I looked at the "Safety" circuit if you will the power loop that goes through door switches and thermostats to energize the High Voltage transformer and magnetron. Turns out the thermostat that is on the side of the magnetron wasn't closed, so I took a butane torch and heated it up past the... Read more
Fix microwave overheating or won't heat issues with this thermostat temperature limiter. Regulates oven temperature and prevents overheating damage.
Fix inaccurate oven temperatures or won't heat issues with this oven cavity temperature sensor. Restores precise temperature control for reliable baking.
This rinse aid sensor detects the presence/level of rinse aid and signals the dishwasher control so the dispenser and cycle logic respond correctly. Replaces a failed sensor to restore proper rinse-aid detection. What it does
Fix inconsistent cleaning or heating issues with this dishwasher thermostat. Controls water temperature by cycling heating element on and off as needed.
Microwave won't heat but runs normally? This thermal fuse protects against overheating by cutting power when temperatures spike. Simple DIY fix.
