Not only did I find the answer, I found out I could fix it myself, so instead of replacing a $380 microwave oven I just fixed it. 1) Unscrewed the metal pieces behind the switch panel. You'll notice 3 screws. Afterwards, I realized that I just needed to remove the screws to the left and right of the switch box. The box then slides out.
