Fan buttons worked only sometimes and once in a while also interacted with light buttons. Not much troubleshooting help available and not clear to me at first that there was a circuit board in the switch box. Based on this behavior I ordered a Main Board. Originally, I was told by Appliance Parts technician that the control board needed replacing. I ordered a new board and replaced it. No change. Called another AP technician and he said it is the panel control board which is the keypad that needed replacing and promptly provided me a return authorization number to return the control board. My 15 year old son and I examined the new parts and made a plan for how we were going to take the front off of the oven. Turns out it was fairly simple. We removed the knobs, the knob shrouds, two philip screws on the side of the head and about 6, 6mm hex sheet screws. Voila! It came apart. We carefully looked at how the old parts were assembled and simply reversed the assembly with the new parts. Opened up door panel, unplugged ribbon cable from old keypad and plugged in new keypad without installing just to verify keypad was the problem. Start button on new keypad worked so I then removed old keypad which is basically just like peeling off a sticker. Next step was to remove leftover adhesive using solvent. Ordered the control panel because the switch membrane is part of it. removed two screws on each side of the panel and the four underneath. pulled the panel down and out to remove. removed the ribbon connection from the erc by sliding the tabs to the right and then removed the four screws that attached the erc to the panel. installed panel by reversing the processs. Unplug oven then remove 6 screws and back panel is off exposing 4 screws and 6 color coded wires. Replaced each from old to new, replaced screws and finished in 15 min.
