Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up). I figured after 10.5 years that it might be time to replace the dispenser hoses because I was noticing black stuff in the dispenser trays. I replaced two or the four hoses and clamps on the far left side and for good measure the hot water inlet valve. I changed the pump and also discovered the coin trap was wearing thin because it was rubbing against the sheet metal. So I replaced that as well. It took about 15 minutes to remove the coin trap and pump and about 20 minutes to install. The shipping was amazingly fast. I received the parts the next morning. Other videos were available on You Tube. The only part difficult to install was Thrust bearing kit - make sure when installing to pull down on shaft so washer and e-clip will fit. Simply open the top of the washer by inserting a putty knife (watch YouTube ) and then the front panel by removing two bottom philips head screws on the front. The whole front panel comes right off. Using pliers the spring clams holding each hose, they come off and each hose is replaced. The drain one was only leaking but since it has open I changed both and even the drive belt. Our washing machine door boot seal was getting moldy and causing odor problems. Cleaning tablets and bleach weren't helping so it was time to be replaced. While I had the top and front off I changed all the hoses that could be collecting soap scum and mold, all other wetted parts were removed and washed. I removed the top. I took a screwdriver and removed the plastic piece where the inlet hoses go. I twisted and removed the white pipe which had an arrow indicating how to (lock) it. Now I can remove the hose clamps that hold this hose in. The old hose has a hole, I don't know why. new hose goes in. tighten clamps. put everything back together. Read more

I had to repair a previous "appliance repairman" fix. They obviously didn't order thier parts from AppliancePartPros.com. They had radiator hose clamps tightening down the hoses on the wrong size pump inlet and outlet. So THANKS to AppliancePartsPros.com I am no longer in the dog house!
