Unplug from electric socket. Pulled the washer away from the wall. Have a container ready to catch any water remaining in the hose. Remove the hose from the drain in the wall and drain into container. Unsnapped the hose from the guide on the back side of the washer and removed the plastic piece around the hose on the outside of the case where the hose enters the inside of the case. I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. That fixed that problem but once I started running the washer I started getting a FH error code. I looked it up and found that it was a problem with the washer not filling properly. Watched u tube video. Ordered replacement water inlet valve and new hoses. Dismantled washer and replaced defective valve and installed new hoses. The repair went very easily and the washer worked perfectly as a result. Read more

Ordered a new drain hose and extension part. The prices including shipping were more reasonable than driving back and forth to the store just to piece meal parts together. Very frustrating. I ordered the parts that were specific to our washing machine, it took maybe 5 minutes to install, and everything fit perfectly. Now we're washing again and no leaks! Read more

Here's the story. All my appliances except the dryer broke. Yeah. talk about bad luck. First I tried to fix the refrigerator. Replaced both motherboard and inverter board. Now it wakes up but the compressor does not kick in. Need another part. The washer, well I have to pull out the sink to get enough room to pull out the washer to fix it. Just took off the old vacuum break and put the new one on. It was very easy because the site had a video showing how and I watched it first. Read more

Replaced pump and discharge hose. Was amazed at how fast we got the parts. Wished the discharge hose end in sink was like original. Had to take off old, clean out glue and attach to new. This was hardest part of deal. Read more

Purchased water inlet valve and new hot and cold water hoses. Unscrewed about 5 screws that were holding the top of the washer in place then slide the top forward and up. Released the control top it popped off no screws. Disconnected the wires attached and unscrewed 2 screws holding the valve in place the popped that off. Popped in a new valve and repeated the process in reverse. Boom done! Very simple works like new! Read more
