This is a plastic cup that sits at the end of a suspension rod, acting as a snubber pad to absorb vibration and support the wash tub during the spin cycle. It helps dampen movement and reduce noise. Replace this part if the washer shakes excessively, makes loud banging noises during spin, or if the existing cup is cracked or worn out.
Inner tub hub plate mounts inside your washer drum. Replace if cracked, damaged during clutch repair, or frozen onto the pulsator assembly.
Replaced clutch assy, but it also took the pulsator plate and the tub plate, because they were frozen on and damaged to come off. Also accidentally disconnected water level sensor line in top controller. Washer almost overfilled until we noticed. Easy fix, but must reconnect (calibrate) with an empty tub. Works beautiful now! BTW, the 38mm nut in the tub on mine also had a 32mm as well. New tub plate was slightly different and used the bolts as self tapping and did not use the nuts. Plate was... Read more

My washing machine was making a loud thumping sound and bouncing around a bit. Research suggested that it could be bearings and/or the spider shaft assembly. After watching the instruction videos to replace the spider or bearings, I seen you need to replace both the shaft seal and tub gasket to get to the spider and bearings. So I ordered both and waited for them to arrive. Plan was to disassemble the washer, determine what was needed, order the additional parts needed, and reassemble after the... Read more

Since the Tub is Stainless Steel and the Spider is an electrically inferior alloy, Galvanic corrosion will inevitably deteriorate the Spider/Flange to the point of failure. My solution was to bead blast and bake on an epoxy coating to the replacement Spider/Flange to minimize the bimetallic corrosion of this electrically inferior alloy since this is what Samsung is still utilizing. I found the video series done by AppliancePartsPros.com especially well crafted and is in fact why I chose to buy... Read more
Trunnion assembly for washing machines. Supports and allows outer tub rotation during wash and spin cycles. Replace if cracked, worn, or damaged.
Connects the washer's inner drum to the drive assembly. Replace if cracked, damaged, or worn to restore drum stability and eliminate wobbling or noise.
Self-leveling bracket for top-load washers. Mounts to the base to stabilize the unit. Replace if broken, bent, or missing to restore proper leveling.
Rear tub support that holds the inner drum and connects it to the drive assembly. Replace if cracked, corroded, or broken to restore stability.
Replaced the bearings, seal, spider gear, and tub gasket. A little tough getting the spider gear shaft off bearings. Wish I bought the bolts to secure the spider to the tub, had to heat them to get them loose, but all in all, followed the video steps and it went smoothly. Read more
This shaft flange mounts to the rear of the washing machine drum and connects it to the drive shaft, providing structural support for the inner tub during the wash and spin cycles. It is a critical load-bearing component that transfers rotational force from the motor to the drum. Replace this flange if you hear loud banging or rumbling during spin, if the drum wobbles excessively, or if you see visible corrosion or cracks on the existing flange.
