Repair was relatively easy. You'll need a 5/16 socket with a short extension and a phillips-head screwdriver. Probably also an old rag and a bucket of hot soapy water. I started by sliding the stove out from the wall. Unplug the stove as soon as possible. No sense messing with 240 volts AC. 1) Unscrewed the metal pieces behind the switch panel. You'll notice 3 screws. Afterwards, I realized that I just needed to remove the screws to the left and right of the switch box. The box then slides out.
