This was a very easy repair, the on-line video at AppliancePartsPros.com was helpful. The Helix was spinning freely (meaning, the Auger Blade was not holding it in place on the Auger). Pulling the assembly apart was a snap, and very logical (the video is perfect if you get lost). I removed the shaft from ice bucket removed the blade below and pulled off bent blade. Put new blade in the bent blade spot put lower blade back on screwed it back into Ice bucket replaced in fridge and now it works perfectly without hanging up. Read more
