Ordered the new larger (white) rollers and newly designed roller studs. Removed the old parts and installed the new ones. New designs are perfect and solved the problem. Install took less than five minutes. Received the new parts within one day of ordering.

Replaced belt, pulley with a 4 grove pulley. Pulley that was on there was a 3 grove pulley, Had to cut the old one off, Press on to shaft.
Replaced rear drum bearing. Bearing was locked on with a snap ring. Access to it from a removable plate on the back side of dryer.
Reset belt and idler puller by removing a long back plate on the bottom rear side of the dryer.
None of this was shown in your Video.

Problem was a failure of the delivery tubing assembly, part #154515602, or part #32 on the Motor and Pump Components parts diagram. There are three water ports on this piece. This accommodates multiple positions of the upper rack while still feeding water to the middle sprayer arm. There is a check valve over the three ports to cover the two not in use. The housing of these ports had eroded such that the check valves no longer sealed thus reducing water pressure to the middle and upper sprayer...
