Somehow one of the mounting brackets disappeared after I had the cabinets and counter replaced, but these were a perfect replacement. They don't stick out as wide as the original brackets, but I think these are a better design. Our 7 y/o dishwasher wouldn't close and therefore we couldn't get it to run. I called several service places who charged $75-$90 diagnostic plus parts & labor, and they were not able to get here for at least a week. I knew it was going to run at least $200. Replaced sump and related pieces. Also replaced door baffles that were getting bad. The hardest part of job was removing the dishwasher from the its spot in cabinets. The info on site made replacing parts easy. Read more

Appeared to be two problems: the latch was worn and one of the pins that slid in a guide on the actuator located in the inner panel had broke off. Detergent lid spring and pin appeared to be OK but decided to replace since I was aready working on it. I ordered all the inner panel mechanism from the control arm to the latch actuator on the inner panel. The repair was successful as the detergent dispenser now opens during its cycle. Read more

Replaced spray arms and tube. Found all had debris in them and prohibited water pressure from reaching items. After replacement everything comes out sparkling. Don't understand how the spray arms getting plugged. Almost like waste water is recycled. I first thought the leak came from the pump assembly rear o ring. I was wrong. The water was leaking from the pump. The pump assembly was shipped in 1 1/2 days with 2 more o rings. I lubed the o rings with dish soap, they slid in perfectly. reinstalled the clamp and screws and was ready to reinstall the dishwasher. Worked great. Next time I will buy the pump the first time. Buying the o rings separately adds $$. Read more

We scoured the web and there are few references to this so I want to add it in case it helps. Replacing hinges solved the popping opening issue. We could not solve our dishwasher door issue after a number of other tries: Latch, Catch, Ropes that attach to the springs that pull the door closed. I tend to believe the solve could be different b/c all these things work together. But for us, we were skeptical that the hinge swap would work and we were very pleasantly surprised. Read more

This piece fails due to poor design as the weak point of the part you grab to open the dishwasher door. This defect has been reported by a number of owners as a common failure point on this model dishwasher. This is a $90 piece of plastic and yes, it does the job of restoring the DW to fully functional. But due to the inherent design, this part is subject to failing again unless you remember to open the DW a bit gently, and not yank it open You'll need a T20 Torx screw driver and a flathead... At first it seems that the pulley can't be removed to make this repair. However,after removing the screw that holds the pulley in place, if you take a small screwdriver and tap the center of the pulley bracket with a hammer it comes out from behind and will go back in with hand pressure after repair. • lights flashing or blinking

Since my Samsung Dishwasher would not drain and had a flashing quick light, I removed the racks and both spray wands. Which allowed me to remove the lower screen assembly. This revealed a worn and broken check valve and broken grinder blade. I cleaned the inside of the dishwasher and removed the unit from under the counter.
