Ordered the clips that we easy to find on line. They can within a few days..and replaced them myself..didn't wait for my husband. Hardest part was getting the end caps off the metal rack to replace the rollers and clips. They fit in there spmehow. I used a screwdriver to get them out. Rest was a piece of cake Lol Read more

I changed the control board (00498022) in the door of my Thermador dishwasher. Thermador, Bosch, and Siemens all use the same board for the indoor controls and display. This required a #15-star head driver to remove the screws. I used an impact wrench (set to a low torq setting) to speed things up. There are approximately 12 screws to remove. Two are long. Using instructions I obtained over the internet, I first removed the DW's bottom cover panels so I could look inside the DW (with a flashlight) while it was running. I had to put their dishwasher through several wash cycles before I could pinpoint the location of the leak. 1. Removed and replaced circulation pump. That didn't end up being the whole problem, although there was debris jammed up in multiple sections of the impeller. Still was satisfied with results. 2. Continued trouble-shooting and discovered a lot of additional debris in the spray arm itself. Score! That resolved all performance issues. 3. I found the door switch was not making contact when the door closed. I adjusted it, but then it would not open so the dishwasher would run when the door wasn't closed. The contacts were too long in the switch so they would bend and stay together when the door opened. The original switch was very poorly made for a very expensive Maytag dishwasher. Purchased replacement rack with wheels that were better equipped. This rack is way better than the original that was falling apart. The wheels came off and the prongs broke. This replacement part seems to be constructed well. Read more

My wife said we have a problem with our dishwasher (Whirlpool WDT920SADE2). The dishes were not getting clean, and the soap dispenser opened, but soap was still dribbled down the inside of the door and on the silverware caddy. • Will not dispense detergent

Process was a bit more complicated than the videos I had watched online. Had to remove both front panel and control panel to get to soap dispenser. Removed wires to soap dispenser and rinse aide dispenser. Removed wire "harness" around the top and right side of dispenser. Pried back the clips to allow dispenser to be pushed out. It was helpful to have another person to hold the door open at this point. Bent clips back and reinstalled everything. New part works great. Read more
