I figured it was the valve, but searching on the Appliance Parts site, somebody said they fixed it by replacing the switch flood assembly. So I order both parts. The Switch Flood Assembly was easiest to replace, so I decided to try that first. When I pulled out the old assembly, I noticed it did not 'rattle', as the new one did. I ordered replacement rollers and studs for my Ge Profile Dishwasher yesterday at 7:57am. I received the same today around 6pm! Snapped them into place in 5 minutes….They fit beautifully! We pulled the dishwasher out, took it to the garage and set it up on sawhorses and planks so we could access the bottom. We plugged it in and filled it with water and ran a quick cycle. As soon as the circulation pump kicked on water came spraying out from the rubber boot in the diverter assembly. It appears that there was a factory defect in the hose. Unfortunately, the water got into the pump motor over a few loads and was eroding the brushes on the motor. We decided to replace it as well.... Read more

My refrigerator is 13 yrs old and began to build up frost in the ice cube shoot and the water tube began to freeze up over night. The flapper door was not closing completely. I simply removed the control panel by pulling up and out on the bottom edge, the edge is only about 1/8 inch thick, so don't reach in to far. You should be able to feel a small division line between the control panel and the refrigerator. No screw driver was needed to expose the 4 mounting screws of the inner dispenser... Read more

Ordered a new screen and filter. While waiting for arrival, removed wax covered dishes. Carefully removed wax filled filter and screen cover. Stuffed paper towels in hole to absorb water and prevent wax from entering pump. Prayed ????wax had not entered pump. With plastic knife removed visible wax. Wiped out with paper towels. Used entire roll. Used hair dryer to melt remaining wax and wiped every inch of racks, wheels, glides, silverware holder, seal, floor and so forth. Oh yes I did. At 1:30... Read more

Pulling the dishwasher, it was obvious we had a slow leak under it. We had a slow leak from the diverter motor area in the sump. Sure enough, it looked like the gasket around a shaft had to be the culprit. The gasket was attached to the sump assembly, or the motor. We took a chance and ordered a new sump assembly for a mere $90 and went for it. All of the trays had to come out. The lower spray arms. • Door won't close

Ordered the clips that we easy to find on line. They can within a few days..and replaced them myself..didn't wait for my husband. Hardest part was getting the end caps off the metal rack to replace the rollers and clips. They fit in there spmehow. I used a screwdriver to get them out. Rest was a piece of cake Lol Read more

I changed the control board (00498022) in the door of my Thermador dishwasher. Thermador, Bosch, and Siemens all use the same board for the indoor controls and display. This required a #15-star head driver to remove the screws. I used an impact wrench (set to a low torq setting) to speed things up. There are approximately 12 screws to remove. Two are long. It finally gave E15 code, then after drying out the E15 code came back within 5 minutes of running. I dried out the base then I ran the dishwasher and observed water coming down the overflow chute after running only 5 minutes.There is a water inlet (clear water chamber on the side of the machine). It had some gunk inside that was stopping a black float shut-off from moving. I replaced the water inlet chamber. I also suspected the non return valve (also called a check valve). From the parts... In order to replace this, you must remove the "outer door". This service manual is a pretty good reference (page 37): http://members.msaworld.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2017/02/2013-DW-Service-Manual.pdf Note that this specific dishwasher has 12 screws that need to be removed before the outer door can be separated. • Leaking

I thought it was the gasket so I ordered a new one. While waiting for it to arrive I read some other forums where I read that sometimes the air vent on the front could be dirty and cause leaking. I popped out that vent cover and it was clogged. Using an old toothbrush and a tiny paint brush I cleaned all of the gunk out. No more leak even with the old gasket in place. I'll save the new gasket for when I need it in the future. Read more

Dishwasher died after 1 year and two weeks after purchase! The Bosch tech arrived and recommended replacing the drain pump (as well as cleaning the filter in vinegar). Ordered pump from APPros and it arrived THE NEXT DAY! Took out old one.... installed new one... and it worked! The new pump fit perfectly. Read more
