I looked up and ordered a new display panel. Since it was not showing anything I was hoping something on the board just failed. When I got the new part I plugged it in and it has been working fine since. I wish I could have found some trouble shooting options for this type of problem but I could not find anything related to a blank display. Like I said fortunately the new panel worked. My induction slide-in range was getting an E15 error code. First thing to do is look in the service manual, which should be in a plastic pocket at the back of the oven. I eventually did do that, but first I googled it. First, power cycle the stove, i.e. turn off the breaker, wait a minute, then turn it back on. That fixed it for a few months, but then it started doing it again, except now it only took a minute for the oven to beep E15 after turning the breaker back on. The service manual... Read more

Reconnected Broiler element power wire and replaced relay board. Hardest part of project was pulling oven unit out of cabinet. The rest was very easy, just a matter of dismounting old relay board (two Phillips head screws) re-mounting new board and unplugging wiring from old board and connecting to new board. Read more

Stumbled upon Appliance Parts Pros web site and after some research bought 2 circuit boards. (UIB) Interface Board AP4501702 and ESEC Relay Board AP5780950. I carefully replaced the UIB board first and it solved the problem. Things like taking the door off can be found on the internet and took me far more time than actually replacing the board. I have never used APP before but understand that the other board is returnable. I am a very happy and future customer. Read more

Unplugged oven and removed back panel of oven, found schematics taped to back of oven. Found a relay board that was burned where upper heating element plug connected to it. Replaced relay board and then repaired burned connector by replacing the spade terminal ends that were melted. Suspect connection was loose and that caused board damage. I replaced the interface board that connected stove top to the elements. I was a little worried because some online message boards reported the same problem and the problem did not clear when they replaced the board. Checked compressor windings - ok. Start relay looked no rattle or burning. Start capacitor seamed ok but hard to check. No 120VC to start relay at any time. Ordered thermistor, and electronic control unit. Figuring it was a bad thermistor not telling the ECU it was warm and to turn on the compressor. Or the ECU was damaged and was not sending the 120v to the compressor. Changed the thermistor first (cheapest part and as Appliance parts pros has a return policy I wanted to start there). ...
