The grease filter however, requires the removal of the Grill-Vent for access. Opened the door and removed the set screw on the top left end of the door using a hex wrench. The door was easy to remove from the hinge after the set screw was removed. With the door removed I cleaned around the hinges and removed the years of grease build up. I put a few drops of 3:1 oil in the hinge holes to lubricate them. Finally I installed the new door. Done!
