Ordered the part after looking at several sites - they included the stick on switch labels - other suppliers I checked wanted an extra $14 for it. Just plugged up the new one and reinstalled it - works - happy - recommend these folks Read more

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Oven stops heating during cooking   Philip B. • Madison , MS • October 21, 2016

I noticed my oven would suddenly stop heating during cooking, but the over lights and temp gauge would all appear to be working properly. You could bump the circuit board and it would resume heating, but eventually would stop heating again, which told me I had a short or a break in the solder on my circuit board. Easy fix to replace board, simply took a picture with my ipad, of the old board and wire locations, killed the power, removed old board, installed new board, every wire harness was... Read more

Frigidaire Clock Timer
Genuine Frigidaire part
By: Frigidaire
Part Number: 318185330

This genuine OEM part is a clock timer for ovens. The clock timer is the part of the oven that allows the user to set a time for cooking and baking. If the timer buttons are no longer responding to touch or the timer's digital display is no longer visible, it will need to be replaced. Luckily, replacing a timer is a fairly simple repair. To get started, make sure the range is unplugged. Once unplugged, pull the range out and away from the wall to gain access to the upper back panel. Remove the mounting screws to the panel to gain access to the back of the control panel. Locate the timer and proceed to unthread the screws that hold it in place. Once loosened, pull the timer out of its place and install the new timer by threading the mounting screws that secure it to the control panel. Reinstall the upper back panel and restore power to the appliance. This replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Frigidaire, Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, and Westinghouse brand ovens.

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You E53 error code   Susan R. • Beverly Hills , FL • March 03, 2017

After taking the top off the washer I found the Tech Data Sheet ( for repair person ) The E53 code was listed as Low Voltage to the motor board and referred me to test #15. Which stated to check the "drum water NTC" ( Negative Temperature Coefficient or Thermistor). What was misleading was that there are 2 NTC's. If your washer has a "Sanitize" feature , then there is a drum water NTC as well as one on the fill valve body. IF you have the sanitize feature then you need to replace the drum water... Read more
