This is a bi-metal defrost thermostat that monitors evaporator coil temperature and signals the defrost heater to turn on or off during the defrost cycle. It helps prevent excessive frost and ice buildup on the evaporator coils. Replace this thermostat if the refrigerator is not cooling properly, frost is building up heavily on the back wall of the freezer, or the defrost cycle is not activating.

Fixes inconsistent cooling or frost buildup caused by faulty temperature sensing. This refrigerator defrost thermostat restores accurate readings.
Fix inconsistent cooling or excess moisture in your refrigerator with this humidity sensor. Direct replacement part restores proper climate control.
This is a sensor mounted in or near the front grille area of the refrigerator. It monitors ambient temperature around the base of the unit, which helps the control system regulate compressor and defrost operations. Replace this sensor if the refrigerator is running too frequently, not cooling properly, or displaying temperature-related error codes.
This thermostat monitors the temperature near the refrigerator's interior light fixture and cuts power to the lights if excessive heat is detected. It helps prevent the compartment from overheating when the light stays on too long, such as when the door is left open. Replace this thermostat if the interior lights shut off unexpectedly or if you notice heat damage around the light housing.
