I initially replaced the rotator sensor located on the stator assembly. That didn’t fix the problem. So I ordered the stator assembly and the wire harness. After replacing both parts, the washer works great. Not sure if it was the stator or the harness but felt I would leave it as is to prevent any future problems that may occur with old parts. Thanks to appliance part pros for the videos and quick delivery of parts.

The hardest part was determining which line to cord to order because I couldn't open the locked doors without power to access the correct model number. One of the plugs on the EOC was burned and melted. Ordered a new EOC, overlay and wiring harness. Replaced the EOC and the overlay, then replaced only the plug that melted and the wires connected to that plug. Worked beautifully when done. I did call the support folks to make sure what I was doing made sense and they agreed it should work. Very knowledgeable and friendly people.
