Repair went well, replaced the pulley wheel, belt, rear drum bearing. Had an issue after replacement with the dryer stopping after ~5mins or so when running with heat. Fluff cycle would run fine. Details: The lock nut on the pulley wheel didn't feel tight enough so i tried to crimp it back on the pulley arm. It then became way too lose. Was going to order 4 new wheel & spindle sets, then saw you could get just the wheel for 1/3 the cost, so I ordered those. Then in the frequently ordered other items I saw the idler wheel assy. So I ordered one of those also. Glad I did, it was in worse shape than any of the wheels which still seemed to spin freely after I got all the hairs and crap off them. Use the videos on this website here and you can repair most brands. Many are duplicate in design. 1. Unplug the machine. 2. Move it away from a confined area to get more room. 3. Remove lint filter and the two screws that hold the exhaust filter port to the top of the cabinet. 4. Use a putty knife or actually a butter knife and release the top of the cabinet from the main drum housing. You will slide the knife between the top and the main cabinet at the plastic catches. I changed the control board (00498022) in the door of my Thermador dishwasher. Thermador, Bosch, and Siemens all use the same board for the indoor controls and display. This required a #15-star head driver to remove the screws. I used an impact wrench (set to a low torq setting) to speed things up. There are approximately 12 screws to remove. Two are long. Ordered the clips that we easy to find on line. They can within a few days..and replaced them myself..didn't wait for my husband. Replaced the Rollers, Pins, belt and belt tensioner. One thing to keep in mind. In the video it was said that the back and front roller pins were different by lengths. They were the same length for my model. The differences were found to be the rear pins have left handed threads and the front ones were standard right hand threads.
