Ordered replacement drain hose, left hand panel of dishwasher removed (remove 2 screws in front left trim panel & friction fit clip at top back then slide up & off. This reveals the O-ring drain hose connection point. You need to remove the retainer block where the hose exits the appliance. Old hose pulls out and new hose pushes in. After researching on the APP site, I decided what I thought I would need and purchased a new Gasket, Gasket Insert, Left & Right Corner Baffles from APP. The parts were shipped immediately. I looked online and found a number of repair videos. The one from AppliancePartsPros was the most clear. I initially went to Amazon to get the part but the delivery on it was unacceptable. I googled the part and found AppliancePartsPros. It was cheaper than Amazon and arrived MUCH more quickly. When it came time to do the repair, we watched the video again. The hardest part was getting on my knees to do the repair/replacement. It was obvious debris wasn't being filtered out when the water was recirculated. I noticed the accumulator wasn't seating right and found the plastic clips on the backside were bent and worn. The new part came within a day and a half. Everything either unscrewed and snapped together with no tools. You may want to use a flat screwdriver to take the upper arm tube feed loose from its clips but it can be done by hand. Done... The old fascia had broken and been torn off. I should have saved the buttons from it, but I didn't know that I'd be repairing it - I figured I would have to replace the unit. Took cover completely off and tried putting back, could not match up left screw with available screw hole. Tried many different configurations and sequences to make this happen. watched a video on changing the front panel, the door in it had four screws, mine 2, no help there. Searched on the hyperextending issue, found an article about dogs and kids [had both here] climbing on the door and to check the springs and linkages. On my Bosch she55m15uc/64, the cycle would take 3-4 hours, with the machine stuck on "1 minute" for a long time. The interior was getting moldy and smelly, and the dishes had a white film. At first, I thought it was the heater relay on the control board, but I pulled that relay and it seemed to be working.
