Washing machine was knocking while in spin cycle. Lonnie B. • Blythewood , SC • October 13, 2017
One of the suspension rods was not working so I replaced the bad one and the other three . Tub has now leveled out and is spinning properly without making the noise. Have not needed to replace the pump but will do so if necessary. Thanks to Appliance Parts Pro for their prompt service and quality products.
