I have a GE Adora gas stove. Its a JGB605 model. The knob for the font left burner would not rotate. After looking through the manual, the parts lists on the internet, and checking some youtube videos I decided I had to replace the valve for the burner. It took maybe 30 minutes to disassemble the stove top. You will need a Torx driver. Swapping out the valve was trivial and reassembly was quick. I got online to see what might be wrong with my unit and then see what parts were recommended to repair the problem. I found this site and ordered two parts a piston and nut assembly and a check valve if the piston and nut did not fix my problem. Once I received my parts I installed the piston and nut assembly first and that was all I needed to make it drain prperly.
