Purchased new end brackets. Then installed them very easily by taking out 6 screws. Read more

First, just for safety sake, unplug the unit. I took the three screws out of the latch end of the door and pried both the inner (black) frame off and the outer (white frame) being careful not to crack the inner frame as I wanted to reuse it. I removed the screws holding the old handle on and reused them to fit the new handle to the new frame. I then had to take the glass from the broken frame, clean it, and reuse it on the new frame. I always come to Appliance Parts Pros for my parts. Ordered the handle, and it arrived in a few days. Took me all of 10 minutes to replace the worn part. I used a putty knife to remove the black plastic cover on the inside of the door to expose the screws to the handle. Then using a Phillips screw driver, I removed the top and bottom screws to remove the handle. The bottom screw was stripped so I had to us a pair of pliers to grip the broken plastic handle to remove the screw. Replaced handle and tightened screws, snapped ring back in place.
