The cover that holds the strike assembly was broke into two pieces and the plastic that holds the strike was also broke Randy C. • St Cloud , FL • February 02, 2018
I looked at the diagram for my model, found the strike assembly then determined what piece held the strike assembly in place. Then determined that it was the correct piece. I ordered the items needed then I received the two items and made the necessary repairs. I called a service man before I ordered the pieces and he quoted a price of $375.00 of parts and labor. I felt I was severely being over charged, the parts I received from your company cost me a total of $54.73 includes shipping.
