Microwave suddenly lost power or won't heat? A faulty thermostat cavity can cause total failure. This housing secures the sensor for proper alignment.
Opened the back panal, requires Torex Saftey sockets, located the wiring schematic and traced the power using a multi-meter until I found where the power wasn't crossing. It was the oven heat sensor which had somehow tripped and is not a resetable part. The folks at ApplianceParts Pros helped me find the right part and I had it in 2 days. Thanks! Read more

If your oven won't heat but the igniter glows, the thermal limit switch may have tripped. This safety cutoff prevents overheating. DIY-friendly repair.
Fix F9 error codes or overheating issues with this range limit thermostat. Safety cutoff prevents oven damage. Straightforward repair for most DIYers.
Started getting F9 error code on a regular basis. Could tell one of the control panel cooling fans wasn’t working. Decided to replace both fans and the temp sensor that controls them. Everything works great and the airflow is stronger than ever! Read more
5 A, 125 V electrical fuse that restores circuit protection when the original fuse is blown. Replacing the failed fuse helps prevent further electrical damage and can restore normal appliance operation. What it does:
I reviewed some videos and bought he parts - it was easy. This is one of many times I've used AP.com. the videos are great and the shipping is FAST! Read more
This probe thermistor monitors interior temperature and sends readings to the control board so your appliance can maintain the correct cooling cycle. It replaces a failed or inaccurate sensor to help restore proper temperature regulation. What it does:
If your air conditioner won't start or shuts down unexpectedly, a failed compressor overload protector is often the cause. This simple swap restores starts.
Microwave won't heat or stops mid-cycle? This magnetron thermostat prevents overheating by cutting power when temperatures spike, then resets when cool.
This switch sensor is a direct-replacement sensing device that detects the position/state of a moving component and sends that signal to the appliance control for reliable operation. It restores correct sensing when the original fails. What it does:
Dryer overheating or shutting off? This safety thermostat detects excessive heat and cuts power to prevent thermal damage. Direct replacement part.
Washer not heating or cooling properly? This thermistor temperature sensor assembly measures internal temps and sends readings to the control board.
This thermistor is the refrigerator temperature sensor that helps the control board monitor and regulate cooling. Replacing a faulty sensor restores accurate temperature readings and consistent cooling performance. What it does:
If your microwave oven won't heat properly or overcooks food, the thermostat may have failed. This temperature regulator restores accurate heating.
Oven won't heat or shuts off unexpectedly? This safety thermostat prevents overheating by cutting power when temperatures exceed safe limits.
Oven won't heat or overheats? This limit switch cuts power when unsafe temperatures are detected. Moderately challenging repair with basic tools.
Oven won't heat or trips during self-clean? This limit switch cuts power when temperature exceeds safe limits. Simple plug-in installation in 30 minutes.
3 wks ago, I replaced the oven temp sensor. When I removed the old sensor, the insulation on the leads was frayed, so I thought I had picked the right part to replace. 2 days later the error codes popped up again. A new clue this time. The error code came up immediately when turning the oven on, before any heating had taken place. When we tried to clear the error code, it stayed on. After studying the schematic & tech info sheet, I decided it had to be the run-away over-temp limit switch. A... Read more
