Start by removing the frame on the sides and bottom of the door. (Do not unscrew the corner screw holding the side frame and bottom together.) Be careful the glass will fall once the last screw is removed from the bottom so hold tight. Carefully remove glass and set aside. Remove top frame that held the handle. I removed the screws inside the oven door and the retainer rings holding the handle onto the glass. I then replaced the handle put on new retainer rings and used the new screws provided and re-attached the handle and glass to the door. Total fix time 10 minutes. I was impressed by the quick delivery of my new handle and the fact that they sent new hardware as well. My oven was only down for three and a half days , only because it happened on the weekend. One end cap was broken but I ordered 2 since the shipping was the same price. I replaced both by removing the Tork screws on both sides of the door panel (one side at a time). There was a bolt on the inside panel of the door that secured the end cap. I replaced the end cap and tightened the bolt moderately so as to not crack the plastic end cap. Total job was 30 mins replacing both end caps and including figuring out how to get to them. NOTE - be careful to not open the door panel sections... Read more

The first handle that was sent I was unable to install as the set screw receptacle was stripped or misalinged. I called customer service and a new one was sent immediately. Second unit installed perfectly. Replaced with new one with Allen key Read more

I determined that it was a problem that occurred during the defrost cycle by resetting the GFCI outlet and forwarding the defrost timer until the defroster came on. Once the defrosting began, the GFCI outlet would reliably trip. I took apart the shielding inside of the freezer and tested the defrosting without the heating element or the thermostat connected.
