The video was very helpful. the hardest part is getting off old rusted parts. I had to use a hacksaw to remove one of the old clamps. I had to open the bottom of the washing machine to remove of the other clamp. Putting the new parts on was easy. Getting everything apart was a challenge. Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up). I searched YouTube and found several videos that helped me diagnose the most probable cause. I learned how to open the cabinet and access the parts from the videos. I ordered a new discharge hose and a replacement pump. The parts came in the next day with the standard shipping option! It turned out that the old discharge hose was blocked. Our GE was installed about 8 years ago and was AWESOME for much of its early life. However, progressively its cleaning ability diminished. I replaced the rear tube that feeds water to the top and middle spinners, and this appears to have fixed the problem. The middle spinner, which is attached to the bottom of the top rack, has a tube that connects to a hole in the middle of the rear tube.This hole has a rubber flap and I noticed that this flap was wide open. Removed the old tube. You will need this part - note that it might look different from what you have because they redesigned the part to not have a sharp curve at the bottom part where it plugs into the valve. You will also need a 5/8" stainless steel hose clamp (that will go down to 1/4") to clamp the top part of the hose that feeds into the icemaker (this replaces the factory clamp that is effectively throw-away). Seems like a poor design-hose developed a leak from rubbing on the support pad beneath it. Pretty easy fix if you follow one of the instructional videos online as far as how to get the front panel off of the washer. You can't change this part from the rear access panel.
