I found the condensing fan motor would not turn with power applied. I also found a drain tube cracked and breaking. I had to use a snub nose screwdriver to remove and replace condensing fan motor. First of you need to remove front panel of the washer, using a putty knife push the tabs between the top of the machine and the front panel.
