After watching a video on how to replace this part, I was surprised at the amount of disassembley involved to replace the cover. The unit has to be moved out from under the counter about 10 inches to disconnect the door springs before removing the door. Next the hinges and the inner and outer panels have to be separated and then finally you have access to replace the trim panel. This is a front panel frame for a 27-inch warming drawer, finished in black. It serves as the outer decorative and structural frame surrounding the warming drawer's front face. Removed the original outer door retaining screws with torque bit. Unfortunately the new door was slightly thicker than the original. Therefore also removed (loosened) the control panel to fit the new door behind the control panel slots that the outer door was to slide tabs into. Fastened all screws back in place.
