I started by watching the video and it was very helpful. I would make one suggestion. On our model the weights on the tub sit very close to the front gasket. It is much easier to put the gasket on the tub before you put the weights on. Also, since the washer was tore apart, I replaced the hoses and seals and shocks since the machine is about 8 years old. I followed a couple of Appliance Parts Pros videos that helped me identify the root cause, disassemble the washer, order the parts, how to install the new parts and reassemble. Shelving went in without a problem. Very simple. Checked the installation video anyway in case there was a trick to not breaking something. Learned that the nylon clips needed to be transferred and found one missing on another shelf, so ordered a replacement. I was kind of guessing at the parts that I needed, but the parts diagrams were a huge help, and I narrowed it down to the bushing and stopper on the right door. I removed the door and was able to replace the parts pretty easily. Now the fridge door works good as new. Read more

• Leaking

The video was very helpful. the hardest part is getting off old rusted parts. I had to use a hacksaw to remove one of the old clamps. I had to open the bottom of the washing machine to remove of the other clamp. Putting the new parts on was easy. Getting everything apart was a challenge. I replaced all the parts on the back of the refrigerator (tube from valve, water fill assembly, and tube clamp). There is a secondary water fill tube inside the freezer which comes loose when you take the fill assembly off. It fell into the cabinet and I had to remove the ice maker to ensure I got it back on correctly, took an extra five or less minutes. Read more

I went to your web site found the part using the model number of the washer machine. Also with the part picture, there was a video showing step by step instructions. They were very clear and was breeze replacing the hose.Doing this myself saved at least probably $150-200. Appliance repair shops quoted me around $80.00 just to come out. Turned out that the large gray boot/gasket had finally started to harden and deteriorate right at the bottom where the drain hose is. No surprise it leaked after seeing that. Installing the new gasket (and new clamps which I figured I would replace at the same time) did the trick. Fairly simple install. Do yourself a favor and buy the spring pliers to remove/install the clamps. Well worth the time and hassle they will save you. Read more
