They came two days later and I was able to easily click them into place and the lower rack now rolls smoothly and securely. The new roller support wheels helped quite the dryer. The other contributing factor was the outer door frame 'felt bearing' and the rear drum ‘felt-seal’ had a lot of dust, dirt. lint and other contaminants in the fibers. It was vacuumed clean and now the drum turns much easier. In addition, I cleaned the belt and belt-pathway and lubricated the Rollers. Some say not to lube the wheels, but it helped a lot. I watched the video provided on the website and of course, the Guide Rail Bracket video was not available even though that was the hardest to replace. So I just had to move the dishwasher out from the cabinet and then remove the old Brackets by removing the holding screws and reuse the same screws for the new parts. Read more

Replaced belt, pulley with a 4 grove pulley. Pulley that was on there was a 3 grove pulley, Had to cut the old one off, Press on to shaft. Replaced rear drum bearing. Bearing was locked on with a snap ring. Access to it from a removable plate on the back side of dryer. Reset belt and idler puller by removing a long back plate on the bottom rear side of the dryer.
