Replaced both sets of door cams on my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. The most important thing to know is that you DO NOT have to remove the doors from the refrigerator to replace BOTH sets of cams. You just have to remove the lower grill which is a snap fit (I also turned off the water and unplugged the unit). The fix was very easy. Control assembly is easy to access by removing 5 phillips screws. Unplug the wiring from the old assembly being careful to note which wire goes to which connector. Install the new assembly and connect the wiring. Read more

Looked up parts based on fridge model number, watched videos, and replaced parts using just a few tools... easy. Parts came quick, well packaged. After 16 years, plastic parts deteriorate and break. The fridge was operating fine, but the drawers and covers were failing. Much cheaper to replace a few parts ($$-$$$) than buy a new fridge ($$$$). The new parts matched up exactly to old ones. • Will not drain

I have a 12 year old Kenmore Elite washer. One day, suddenly, I heard a grinding noise and the washer abruptly stopped. I called a repair service and was told it could be the bearings in the drum of this front-load washer, or it could be the washer's drain pump, which automatically shuts down when the drain pump fails.
