I took the model number of the oven and typed that in followed by replacement backing element.there was a photo of the element that matched the original. They provided an online tutorial as to how to install it. It was very easy because the electrical contacts at the ends of the new baking element slid right into the electrical contacts inside the oven cavity. First, watched a how to you tube video. Then, proceeded to repair my stove. Read more

Went to YouTube for pictorial on the repair. Found it to be an easy replacement. Made a wiring chart, followed the reverse order of wiring. Installed part checked that part floated on its spring mounts and did not touch anything. Checked my wiring a second time agents my chart-making shore all spade connections were tight. lowered and secured top turned power back on and tested part.. Part functions correctly. Read more

First swapped other working burner and the problem moved. This verified that the problem was with the burner element and not something else. I order the part from ApplianceParts. The new burner connector looked different than the old one but the new one fit fine. The time to fix was less than five minutes and required no tools. Read more

The delivery of the element was superfast, less than 24 hrs. Unplug the Stove from the receptical! Took a phippips screwdriver and took out the 2 screws holding it, and tilted it upwards a bit and pulled the element out about 3 inches an unhooked the wires. Hooked the wires up to the new element and pushed it back into the holes and put the 2 screws back in and turned the stove on and that was all there was to that. Read more

Removed 4 screws from back panel and removed back panel. Removed 3 screws and 3 wires from heater element and removed element. Reversed procedure with new element and seal. You will need the seal! Old one crumbled apart. All took less than 10 minutes. Read more
