Even though the fasteners probably only cost a few cents, I had to buy a new mullion for my fridge. $80! $80 because two nylon fasteners were poorly designed. Replacing the part was easy once I paid the *$80* for the new part. Unscrewed the old mullion. Slipped on the new $80 part. Read more

Replaced not only the ice chute door flap which was squashed from years of use but the mechanism and motor that operates the flap. The old mechanism seemed to work but it seemed a little sloppy or loose. I knew the flap was bad but for the extra few dollars I thought since I had to take the cover off anyway, why not replace the whole thing. I’m glad I did. Found the door easier to work on if it was removed from the microwave oven. That's easy - just lift and pull off. With the door flat on a table, took it apart, per a YouTube file. A broad knife putty knife (and a gentle touch) are critical. Unscrewed the "crumbs" of the failed handle. Reused the original screws (rather than the longer screws that came with the replacement handle). Attached the new handle. Put the door back together. Clicked the door back on the microwave. Unscrewed old flap. Then unplugged it. Plugged in new flap ( make sure it is right side up). Screw both hinges back, and voilà, fridge fixed! Read more

Received exact part and easy to replace, took all of 5 minuets to replace. All you need is a 1/4" nut driver or 1/4" wrench. Super easy ! Read more
