Removed the door at the hinge (3 screws). Removed the screws on the inside of the door holding the three sections together. Found one pin on the hinge broke OFF. Ordered parts. Arrived in 2 days. Re-assembled door and hung. Read more

Replaced agitator and washplate bolt and washer. Normally this would have been a 5 min job, however the bolt wouldn't come loose. The teeth on the agitator were worn down and the shaft the bolt screws into would turn with the bolt when trying to loosen it. I had to cut out the agitator using a dremel and hold the shaft in place with a vise grip in order to unscrew the bolt. Once the bolt was out I used WD-40 to help get the agitator off the gears. • Burning smell

The washer was on, and I heard a faint humming sound in the laundry room. I went in and opened the washer and it was full of soapy water in the middle of its cycle and was not agitating. Washer would run through the cycle, but not agitate. I had to wait for it to pump down the water level to check spin, which also was not working. The motor would buzz when it should run, but not rotate, hard to hear for spin because the pump was running. Found I could start it by hand very easily by giving the pulley a spin, so I figured start switch, but there didn't appear to be one. I replaced the spin bearing, tub seal, washer and drive belt since I had it all apart. The video was extremely helpful...I would have tore the whole thing apart trying to figure out how the agitator came off....but it was very simple. Read more

• Won't start

All I had to do was remove 3, 1/4" screws from the back and take the front off. Two 5/16th screws hold the circuit board in place, remove them and press the button into the hole from the back. Replace the circuit board, slide the front back on and install the three 1/4" screws. Always unplug the washer first! Read more

Using a nut driver I removed the sheet metal screws, removed the old belt and replaced it with the one. An easy repair. Shipping was EXCELLENT! Read more

In the process of changing out the water inlet valve I broke off on of the hose fittings. I got on Appliance Parts Pros website and found the Dispenser Assembly I needed, got it ordered with two shipping. In the interim I went to the You Tube channel and watched the instructional video.
