Found the belt was thrown off. Reinstalled the belt and when doing so felt that the pulley was wobbling on the barrel shaft. Took the pulley off and noticed the inside of the pulley was worn badly and needed to be replaced. When received the new pulley and belt easily installed and was working like new.

Bought a new shaft and replaced the original shaft. I tried soaking the original shaft with the dough tool stuck on in boiling water and vinegar, but no luck. Dough was like cement. Dough was already hardened like cement, so the hot water didn't change the chemistry at this point.

What's included: One planetary drip ring. Install notes:
- Unplug the mixer and remove the bowl and attachments
- Gently pry off the old ring; clean the seating surface of debris or residue
- Align and press the new ring evenly until fully seated; avoid deforming the ring or striking the gearcase
- On some models, access may require lowering/removing the planetary
Note: This ring is a trim/deflector piece and not a fluid seal. Persistent oil leakage indicates separate gearcase service.
