Blower Wheel Or Fan Blade
Genuine Whirlpool part
By: Whirlpool
Part Number: WP12825803
This condenser fan blade restores the airflow that carries heat away from the condenser coils and compressor. Replacing a cracked, warped, or loose blade helps your refrigerator remove heat properly so it cools reliably and runs more quietly. What it does
- Draws room air through the condenser coil and over the compressor to dissipate heat
- Helps maintain stable cabinet temperatures and overall cooling performance
- Typical failure symptoms: fan not spinning or moving enough air, wobbling or rattling from the rear base, weak cooling, compressor running hot
What's included
Install notes
- Unplug the refrigerator and remove the rear lower access panel before servicing
- Note the blade's orientation; pull the old blade straight off the motor shaft and press the new blade on until fully seated
- Ensure proper clearance in the shroud and spin by hand to confirm it turns freely
- Wear gloves and eye protection; keep hands clear of the blade during testing

Dryer was making a loud noise in use Brian L. • Sacramento , CA • November 21, 2019
I disassembled my dryer and found that the fan(blower wheel) was "free-spinning" on the motor shaft. A common problem with this model Maytag dryer. I also discovered that the right drum roller (drum support roller) was in the process of failing. Note: the fan drive was frozen on the motor shaft, this was the threaded type of motor and fan assembly. I was able to remove the fan drive by using vice-grip pliers, hammer and a combination wrench to hold motor from turning. Also Note: the fan...

Genuine Speedqueen part
By: Speedqueen
Part Number: D510139P
Considered a crucial part of the dryer, the blower fan assembly is the part that pulls in air from outside and then circulates that air in the drum to ensure clothing gets dry. After the air is moved around the drum, it is then moved through the exhaust vent. This part is located on the motor shaft and is made of durable plastic. Regular use can lead to wear and tear or damage to this component. If this occurs, the air in the dryer may not dry the clothing. In this case, the blower fan assembly will need to be replaced. If the blower fan assembly needs to be replaced, first the dryer should be unplugged from power. Take the cabinet top off and remove the front panel on the appliance. Take out the drum, remove the motor clamp, and loosen the blower fan so it can be removed. Take it out and replace it with the new blower fan assembly. The blower fan assembly is designed to be used with dryers manufactured by Amana and Speed Queen. It is sold as an individual part. This is an authentic OEM replacement part that is sourced directly from the manufacturer.
