First unplug or turn off the electrical breaker to the dishwasher. Then I removed the phillips head screws holding the inner door to the outer door panel. I then removed the hex head screws holding the dispenser assembly. The electrical connection needs to be disconnected and then reverse the procedure to install the new dispenser. Water was left in the bottom of the dishwasher after each time we ran it and the dishes were no longer getting clean. Also, there was always soap left in the dispenser.
