Simple fix. Our oven is a GE dual fuel (gas burners on top, electric elements inside) model # J2S968SOH4SS. The lower element hidden underneath the bottom drip cover stopped heating. I had to remove the front door of the oven which is also easy to remove in order to slide out the lower drip cover. Instructions to do this are in the owners manual. Before removing the element I put the oven on bake to test the element and held my hand just above the element to feel for heat which there was none.... Read more

I removed two screws at rear of oven, disconnected electrical connectors, and removed old element. When the new element arrived (on time), I connected the new element and replaced the two screws. The oven worked perfectly! The repair was extremely easy and cost effective. Read more

Was going to replace the upper element and the temperature sensor. I ordered the parts and looks like I ordered the wrong element. My mistake. The return process was simple and straight forward. Nice to know things can be that way. Read more

Whirlpool convection oven. Access to convection element from inside. Three screws to remove plate covering fan blade. Then one screw to remove element bracket. I placed tape over the holes with the wires so they wouldn’t pull back into the panel. Remove old element at tabs and replace. Very easy fix. Removing door to oven made it easier to get to but not necessary. Read more

I wasn't sure of the problem, but after reading a lot on appliancepartspros.com on my model and symptoms, I narrowed it down to the dual burner selector switch or the Dual element. I didn't have a lot of time to take everything apart to diagnose it, so I ordered both items. The parts came quickly and was competitively priced (Amazon was slightly cheaper, but didn't offer the same return policy). After watching several u tube videos I borrowed a friends multi meter and tested element , high level thermostat and the thermistor. Ordered parts from applianceparts pro , at a significant lower price than the local parts warehouses around my area!! Dryer is working great! Read more

I did some research on the internet to find the part I needed. I came upon your web site Applianceparts pros.com and watched you videos. After watching your video on how to replace the broiler element, I ordered the broiler element. It came in a few days. I replaced the broiler element with my 12 year old son's help (always use every opportunity to teach my kids) in 50 minutes. Plugged the oven and turned on the broiler.
