I tested the Atc. mid level switch, with my multi tester and found it was not sending enough current to the cold water inlet valve, so it would not open and let cold water in. I checked the continuety of the of the switch with a multimeter and it obviously failed the the test by displaying infinity of <1, rather than being 0. After the part arrives, I was double check to make sure I got the right part. Importantly, unplug the electrical power first before do anything, also turn off the water hose for safety. Then removed 4 screw out side panel and 2 screw in side to get lose. After all, replaced a new part and put all panel and screw back together.
