The indications made me think the dishwasher was not shooting water. I checked the water valve with a voltmeter and it was getting power to open. After reviewing a few blogs it was clear that Frigidaire is knows there is a problem. One of the blogs recommended AppliancePartsPros.com for a new pressure sensor switch and a water inlet valve. Ordered the part and it was shipped that day, as promised. Pulled the dishwasher out (which was the hardest part of the repair).
