Motor control board was flashing 4 times, indicating that the mode shifter had an error. Replaced original (18 yrs.) 1/4" plastic tubing, clamp and grommet (AppliancePartsPros/GE parts) from outlet of ice maker water control valve to ice maker inlet. I ordered a replacement auger from AppliancePartsPros.com. Upon receipt of the new auger, I watched the repair video and took the ice crusher apart. I found several other parts that needed to be replaced as well. Once All the parts were received, I again watched the video. Changed the water inlet valve for the water problem. To fix the problem of washer running while door was open, took off the front panel and changed the plunger sw interlock and spring which fixed the problem of washer running while door was opened mid wash cycle. Changed the clamp to the discharge hose as it had rusted.Changed keeper latch assembly as it had cracks on the plastic. Read more

Pulled the dishwasher out - determined what parts were needed- ordered on your site and when the parts came in made the fix to the dishwasher. It was easy to do and less than $60.00 for the parts sure beats over $800.00 for a comparable replacement dishwasher. Read more

I ordered both the Grille Assembly and two Grille Clips because it wasn't clear that the clips came with the assembly; they do. I was glad that I did because one of the clips on the assembly was defective, so I had a back up. NOTE: save your old screws; they are NOT included. Installation is relatively simple.
