The oven door was open and the wife fell onto the door. After that, the door would not close all the way and hung lower than it should. Easy job, remove door from oven, remove 8 screws around outside edge of door and seperate the two halfs/ Remove 2 screws on the hinge, replace with new hinge put back together and install door.
