Description

This rotisserie fork packet contains replacement forks used with compatible oven rotisserie spit assemblies to secure roasts and poultry for even turning and cooking. Designed to restore proper food grip and alignment on the spit. What it does:

• Helps keep food centered to promote uniform browning and heat exposure
