Bill for Model Number PHE36US Fan won't start - Took off control plate and exposed the wiring, 2 sets of wires being fed in - 1. Black and white pair, I tested and I get 120v. Then a 4 pair white, black, blue and red - don't see any voltage on these, should I?
Answer Bill, when the fan is turned on, there should be a voltage reading going to the fan on either the black, blue, or red wires as the white wire is neutral.
