Answer Hi Sante. Without the model # all I can do is tell you to use dishwasher cleaner part # TJ104. Remove the lower rack and examine the wash arms to see if the jet holes are clogged. Remove them and use a pick tool to clear the debris. Rinse the wash arm upside down under sink water. Remove the pump top cover. Remove the parts internally one at a time and clean so you can reassemble them in order. As you get to the chopper blade at the bottom, you might have a broken or clogged blade.
