John W Hello, I have a Bosch dishwasher with this dispenser and I think it's defective. In the manual it says to release the dispenser to fill with the door upright, to push the blue button on the hinge. On mine, the dispenser is always hinged out when open. Looking at the picture, it appears that when the dispenser opens, the inner compartment should remain flat instead of popping out. I think this might be why my soap doesn't dissolve. It's always been this way but I have always used the tablets and placed them in the bottom, now I'm trying to use powder. Can you tell me if mine appears to be broken?
