Tark O for Model Number SHU66C05UC/23 Soap dispenser will not open during the wash cycle, you say if there is power going to the dispenser then replace the dispencer, How do I tell if there is power going to the dispenser and if not powered what part do I need to order then?
Answer Hello Tark. You can test the dispenser 00431413 with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. The unit will need to be running and at the point in the cycle for the dispenser to work. If there is no power, then you will replace the control module 00431430. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
