Bruce H for Model Number BOSCH B20CS80SNS/01 My water dispense is not working properly. Sometimes it works fine but it started to make a grinding like noise and low flow of water comes out - if at all - Just change the filter but it still is doing the same thing. Do I need a water valve replacement part or a solenoid replacement? Is this a DIY project?
Answer Bruce, In most cases when you get a chattering noise on this unit it will either be the water valve that is faulty or a filter head assembly that needs to be replaced. You could disconnect the tube that goes to the filter head to the water valve and push the button to see if it continues to chatter and if it does not then this would be a filter head issue.
